Benefits of Aloe Vera Juice

How important are Vitamins & Minerals ?

One of the many benefits of Aloe Vera Juice is that it is an awesome source of Vitamins and Minerals. There are 2 Types of Vitamin

Fat Soluble Vitamins

Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E and Vitamin K require the presence of fats in the digestive system in order to be absorbed, used and stored. Fat soluble vitamins are carried in the blood by lipo-proteins and are stored in the liver or fatty tissues.

Water Soluble Vitamins

Vitamin C and the B complex vitamins plus bioflavanoids are all water soluble and are dissolved and utilised with the presence of water in the digestive tract. Modern Lifestyles contribute to the problem

Unfortunately, our diets do not always contain the amount of vitamins, minerals and enzymes that nature intended us to use. Careful preparation of the food we eat is vitally important in this regard as often we overcook or cook things the wrong way, which destroys what vitamins, minerals and enzymes that they may contain.
